WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept most credit cards via a secure payment system so there are no worries about your credit card details ever being shared.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Every order receives a confirmation email. Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR ADDRESS?

Although we assume that your order is what you are after and your delivery address is correct when placing the order, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. Change and cancellation requests are only allowed within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. We can’t make any promises after 24 hours but please contact us at support@EpicGoodiesShop.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Epic Goodies Shop partners with major global merchants and jewelry artisans in order to be able to provide the best pricing for our customers. Because we ship directly from our partners in many countries, your item typically takes 2 to 4 weeks to arrive in the U.S and possibly a week longer internationally. Shipping times vary due to country of origin and shipping destination. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately. Your order is on its way!

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and the location to which we're shipping.

WILL I BE PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?

Unfortunately not all of our global suppliers provide tracking numbers so we cannot guarantee that your order will be trackable. If we can provide a tracking number you will be notified with this in your fulfillment email notification.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY A PARTIAL SHIPMENT. WHY IS THAT?

If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. We have a large assortment of products coming from our worldwide suppliers. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So, please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive. Just know that they are on the way.

ARE "FREE" ITEMS REALLY FREE?

YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping & handling cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00. To get notified of our promotions, please subscribe to our shop.

ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS FEES?

Customs fees depend on the laws of your country. In the majority of cases you are not required to pay any customs fees. We mark all our orders as low-value gifts. Moreover, we send larger orders in separate packages to avoid such charges.

TAXES & DUTIES:

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, if any (see above).  That is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.  

Cool Fact: We have less than 0.4% refund rate. :)

Product images are illustrations and may vary from actual due to variations in manufacturer’s processes. We reserve the right to substitute similar products for products out of stock.
