Returns and Refunds
Our commitment is to deliver the product you ordered. We have a very simple return policy.
We guarantee the quality of our goods for 30 days. If your item is damaged or has any issues, such as the print being off center, we will provide a replacement. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage. Upon inspection we will inform you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
Many of our products, including but not limited to, tees, shoes and wall art are made to order. Additionally some may be personalized. These items cannot be returned due to your misspelling or incorrect size choice. Please consult the size charts.
If you have questions before you order, please contact us by email, chat or phone as provided on the website. If you have questions after you order, we allow change and cancellation requests for up to 24 hours from time of order.
Refunds (if applicable)
We want you to be happy with the product. Requests for refunds are made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and we will do our best to work with you.
After receiving approval to return your product, you may send it to: Epic Goodies Shop Returns, 4062 Peachtree Rd. STE A212, Atlanta, GA 30319.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges, refunds or reprints will be issued at the sole discretion of Epic Goodies Shop.
